WHAT IS THE HUMAN BIOFIELD?
The human biofield is a field of energy and information that surrounds and penetrates the physical body. It is a complex structure of various fields composed by ions, molecules, and cells which has vast electromagnetic capacities. Within the biofield, these charged particles are condensed into the physical body and are materialized within this energetic field. The results leave us with an electromagnetic toroidal field that ebbs and flows, interacting with outside influences.
The human biofield is an organizing field which generates, maintains, and regulates the biological homeodynamics of the system. The biofield is deeply connected to the information of the physical body and helps to deliver information into the system. Information such as an external stimulus can enter the field creating a collapse of information leading to an emotion or a feeling and eventually leading to a physiological response of the bodily system. HEART RATE VARIABILITY
What is it?
Heart rate variability is the measure of the beat-to-beat changes in the heart rate. The HRV signal originates from the measure of one R-wave to the next R-wave. A good HRV is when the intervals between the heart rate vary.
HRV is related to the interaction between the sympathetic and the parasympathetic influences in the sinoatrial node in the heart. It interacts with blood pressure regulation and respiration.
